The firm was founded in 1913 by Fred A. Sutter who went on to become the first judge of the Superior Court in Cochise County. The firm has since produced several Superior Court Judges, one U.S. Congressman, a State Senator and a State Attorney General. The firm encourages continuing professional development and all partners and associates participate in continuing legal education seminars, professional association activities and civic affairs.
